Leadership is more important than ever in a world where change itself is changing and is no longer an event but a way of working. Today’s increasingly complex and disruptive world demands leaders that can empower their teams and organizations that adapt and thrive by effectively diagnosing the essential from the expendable, disrupting the status quo, innovating and optimizing personal and organizational capabilities (and capacity) to deliver business and customer value. Adaptive Leadership is a set of principles and practices that creates deep change and mobilizes organizations (and all of the people in them) to break through obstacles, continuously learn, adapt and develop new capabilities to thrive in complex, competitive, and challenging environments where there are no easy answers. Leadership like this is rare, but can be learned.
In this 1-Day course, you’ll learn how aligning Lean-Budgeting, Lean-Requirements with the principles of Lean-Flow and innovation accounting create an environment conducive to experimentation with lower risk, pivoting and maximizing the value delivery.
